This product is the perfect solution to being a working/pumping Mom. I LOVE that they are easy to use, keep me clean & dry, and are also good for the environment. I did not have great luck with them in the very beginning before my milk supply stabilized, but by the time my son was 4 weeks old I have had no issues. It is important to apply them properly with no air pockets, but once you get the hang of that - you will never go back to using disposable pads again. These have allowed me to wear normal bras and tops without trying to hide the bulk of disposable pads, and instead of having to worry about whether I've leaked enough to soak through a pad (or my dress shirt - worse), I have peace of mind knowing these are actually preventing leakage in the first place. I am giving this as a gift to every new breastfeeding Mom at every baby shower I attend from now on!!! :)

Absolutely loved these because they prevent leaking and you don't need to wear a bra with them. But just like everyone else (it seems), I only got one pack instead of two. I was refunded for the other pack, though.

I found out giving birth that I am my mother's daughter. My mom used to joke that she'd hear a child crying at the other end of the mall, and instantly soak through her shirt. Well, I wasn't quite that bad. But I certainly soaked through many reusable pads, my bra and shirt many times, and have soaked through my bed sheets more times than I can count.

After considering a lot of different options, I chose these. They seemed to be the simplest, and had great reviews. I got them and started using them, and quite liked them. They were very tacky so they stuck well, stayed in place, and kept my nipple flat to stop it from leaking. Overnight I discovered that when I get really full, my nipple will simply get *really* hard, push out to form a pool of air inside the Lily pad, and leak in there. Then it got fun to remove the pad without spilling the milk everywhere.

So, after ordering my first pair, I ordered two more. I also ordered the special wash for them.

Well. Within maybe two months. MAYBE. They lost their tackiness, completely. We have only ever followed the directions, to the letter, and are extremely disappointed with their life expectancy. Unfortunately, I have a young daughter (now 7 months old), and between chasing after her, moving, and just generally getting accustomed to being a first time mom, I lost track of the time and I don't think I can do anything about these now, except to warn others.

So, if you need something to work to help you, these should be great. I'm an E cup, with a very (VERY) large areola and these fit just fine. But please be aware, they won't stay great for all that long. Thankfully I don't leak much anymore, maybe once a week, and almost always while I'm asleep in bed (I can't believe that I can't feel myself leaking at all, but I just can't). I would love to have a working pair of these, but I'm not going to buy another pair to only have them work for a few months. I plan to breastfeed my daughter as long as possible, so I need something more durable and long-lasting.
