The couch looks good, but the corner piece was damaged, looks like it was dropped, the one corner totally smashed. It is not reversible since there is only drill holes for the arm rest on the right side not the left, I had to assemble it to the left. Bottom cushions are hard as a rock, no connector to hook the individual pieces together, sits very low.

Ok. So this couch makes my living room look really great. People walk in, heck- even i walk in, and say, "wow, looks so comfortable and inviting". Unfortunatly, its not that comfortable. my butt falls asleep if I sit on it too long and in certain spots I can feel springs. Fortunatly I only spent less than half of what I wouldve spent on an Ashley couch, and so it will serve it's purpose for the time being; and I won't feel like I threw money away when the time comes to get a new one. My suggestion. If you have the extra 1000 bucks spend it on something else.
